Aside from some pain in elbow/forearm that I can't explain all is awesome. Holding steady at 193lbs after a drastic and fast 12lb drop in weight but I feel like the recomp is still there despite the hold in bodyweight. I also just did extra sets of BB shrugs because the 100lb dumbbells just not cutting it for me. Lastly, did extra reverse curls- for forearms because gripping the dbs hurt like hell in forearm/elbow. The curls did too but it was tolerable at least.
Almost everything was roughly a 3 second eccentric and 2 second concentric

SHOULDERS
DB press- 50*8/6
H.S. press- 2x8x2 plates +10lbs
Arnold press- 35x8/8
BB incline front raise- 55×8/8
DB front raise- 40x8 35×8
DB laterals- 40×8/8
Cable laterals-40×8/8
DB rear laterals- 30×8/8
Incline DB rear laterals- 30×8/8
TRAPS
Upright row- 135×8/8
BB shrug- 275×10/10/10/10

Single leg press (pivot press)- 2 plates x 8/8
TRIS
incline skulls- 75x8/7
Str8 bar pressdown- 170×6/8/8/8
Last 2 exercises I bailed on. Dunno what's up with elbow. Ordered tb and bpc today.

I think I really need to throw back on a few lbs for a couple weeks. I'm afraid scales dropping a bit too fast. For first time I actually damn near lost my shit at gym. Can't wait for school to go back. It was so packed and couldn't get on shit. All hard working kids and doing nothing wrong except one of em but aggravated me anyway cause missed a couple exercises and important ones too.

Spider curl- 65x10/8/7/7
Incline curls- 30×8/10
Hi pulley curl- 60×8/8
BACK
T-bar row wide grip(had to work in so no close grip)- 4plates×10/8
Chest supported DB row- 65×8/8
Supinated seated row- 130×10 & 140×8
