Today I woke up with the worst pain in chest and neck. Hurts like hell to bend over and put on shoes. Felt horrible. I have my yearly physical tomorrow morning so if there is anything wrong we will find out. Decided to cut back on the SLDL. RPE of around 7. Could probably do 500 for sets of 8-10 but the pressure build up in my chest scared me enough to not push myself.

Started 10mg S-23 and 10mg LGD-4033 pre-workout. Strength is through the roof. Did almost twice as many reps on my hack squats per set today and 25% more reps on my top set on the cybex squat press. Got 3 hours of sleep last night. Still getting good deep sleep though which is good.

Was planning to go in and do deadlifts today, but the shoulder was angry from close grip bench on Saturday. Will most likely do close grip bench every other week and change the order of back and chest workouts and switch them around so Deadlifts are always at least a day before any benching.
Also started my cutting cycle today and increased my semaglutide. Current PED dosage:

Eating is hard to do. Making sure I get as much protein down as possible. Aiming for 200+ per day. Started making homemade healthy ice cream with my Ninja Creami. Thank you PrinceDaddy for bringing this to my attention!!! Using 1% milk with protein powder and whole eggs and MCT oil. Stomache is shrinking fast. Face is leaner. Everything is leaner. I am steady on weight. Was expecting to put on a fast 5 lbs just with inflamation due to re-introducing EQ and higher test/masteron than I am used to using vs the 150mg TRT. Might increase the dosages once I get some aromasin in the mail. I have a 16 week cycle so its not critical to go heavy the first couple weeks. Overall I am happy with how its going. Strength is up hunger is way down. Looking forward to doing deadlifts on Monday. Switched the chest workout order so I have a full 3 days of rest from upper body til deadlifting. Should be fine for the shoulder. Today was only 5 days between last chest/tris workout so pretty pleased how it felt considering didnt get a full week in between.

Today I hit a major milestone. Below 250lbs. Everyday I look in the mirror I see fat melting away. My stomach is considerably smaller and getting tighter every single day. I look forward to getting down to the 220's by summer time. Hopefully down to 220 by the time I start my bulk in Oct. Going to be a wild ride thats for sure. I cant wait for the rebound when I start a real cycle with calories. This 1500 cals per day is getting old. LOL.
Looking to change up the training completely starting on Monday. Going to focus on Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts for a couple months. Will add in an arm day to break it up and give shoulder rest between the three main lifts. Squats put tremendous strain on the delts. Even more so than bench. Will be changing things on the fly. That's the way I roll. Looking to do 5x5 on the three lifts. Might not do regular bench though. All depends on how angry the shoulder gets. Might do DB incline and decline hammer instead. Not sure. Going to go light on dead's and squats. Will increase slowly each week and keep at 5x5. Will do heavy BB rows directly after deadlifts. Hoping to go 315 for 5 or more reps per set. Might take a few weeks but I will get there. Squating will probably start at 405 and go up from there each week. Depending on how strong I am might do pause squats with that at some point.
