Post by Vision »

Let's hear where every stands with their new year goals.
Did you reach your target goal yet, are you close, or still chipping away?

What's your goal and is anyone a late starter and just about ready to embark on their 2021 push?

Its very important that we all have a goal just to give more focus , like lose 10kg , gain 20kg muscle on 2021 or any other goal in your life during this 2021.

Im very ambicious and i always fight for my dreams even when they look impossible .
here my goals for 2021:

keep my work , my sponsors to keep doing what i love most and do better ( bodybuilding ). promoting sponsors, coaching online and work on forums

be the freakiest possible to scary the kids ( and if possible compete again as an old man :))

give a better life to my wife ( more stable and more love )

First, let me state; if this is the wrong thread/topic; I apologize and will not post here again... However, I’ve been a member for a bit and after much reading, decided I’d post this, maybe get some feedback... Mostly because, like some; I’m what’s known as an old man... A little background, I’m 45 years old, was an athlete (baseball player), have experience with AAS (but, in my time, things were much different, a bit easier but, much less selection of products)... Like many athletes, once my playing days were over and due to training being pretty much a day job, I would go through spurts of laziness, etc... Once I got to a place where I felt bad about myself, I’d get back to training, get back in good shape and repeat this cycle (no AAS since playing)... A little over a year ago, I realized I just couldn’t put in the work I wanted, and fat was virtually impossible to loose (regardless of my diet or training schedule)... So, I was tested and found I had extremely low T... Over the past year, I’ve been on light TRT (140 mg Test Cyp 1x weekly), and feeling better... I’ve since plateaued, decided to add to this TRT and purchased some Sus 250... I made this purchase for a few reasons, first I’m comfortable using test and the Sus blend has always worked great for me and last, I’m just not knowledgeable in the multitude of products nowadays... With that being said, my goal is to be able to put in the work my mind wants me to... I’d like to maintain a decent physique and strength for as long as I can... Younger men probably won’t understand but, as I aged I realized my mind wanted to push but, my body could only keep up so much (trust me, I’ve never had a problem with my body not keeping up with my mind)... My plan at the moment is to run the SUS 250 (500 mg 1x weekly) mid-week and the TEST Cyp (140 mg 1x weekly), on weekend... Of course, I’m using Arimdex... Like previously mentioned, test is what I’m experienced with but, if anyone knows more and has a better idea of how to do this, feel free to chime in...

Brother welcome here
Why you are combining 2 kinds of test? i prefer to use a more stable test like cyp or E and use it 1x week, you can have AI on hand but dont use it if you dont need it , because the goal of using test is fell good and if you crash estrogen you fell like shit and this is not the way .
