Pics of the basics of what you are taking far as supplements

We can go all day with what we have in stock from sales and promos, but what are YOU taking now, AM, during the day, pre, (intra), post and PM PRE-bed?
Anyone pulling bloods too and how are things looking on your end with health markers?

Upon waking up:
1) Glass of water tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp and some sprinkles of Pink Himalayan sea salt
1000 mg Vitamin C
Vitamin D=k2
1 serving of multi Vitamin
50mg CO Q10
1000mg fish oil
Vitamin B complex
Potassium
fat burner
GH 3ius

Than fasted cardio 35+ mins 5 x a week

1st Meal 1 scoop of ISO protein, 1 whole egg, 100g blue berries "on lifting days" (No blue berries on "off days"
1 scoop bone broth
1 scoop greens/reds
Focus Factor

Rest of diet is simply 5oz ground turkey/white fish/ground beef, olive oil, some nuts ( all lean) weighted after cooking, cup greens, and rice depending on time whether pre-workout 110, BCAA intra with electrolytes, and PWO 140g.

These bulkers are completely unnecessary n most cases, I'll save these for a raining day when in a jam and need a meal asap. Except the protein that's daily.

Hello,

It's great but some important point when your take a supplement food :

- Try to choose a brand which indicates the origin of the raw material (the quality have a big impact for some things like assimilation / biodisponibility)

- When your take a supplement like Milk-thistle, it's great for helping your liver, but for a real effect it's important to take with minimum 80% of silymarin and if possible 10 - 20% of silybin, a real effect (according to some clinical studies) 1g to 1.5g of silymarin daily are a good spot.

- Fish oil 1g daily ? For real effect your need to take a minimum of EPA and DHA (for heart & brain) so all depend if your diet contains a good ratio of fish rich in essentials fat acids. Lot brand use fish contaminated with compound like heavy metals (and it's the same for some whey or other supplement food)


I used lot gainer powder in the past, some are just sugar + low quality protein, so made yourself with oats / whey or full milk protein / multi vitamins & minerals / Omega 3 ☺️👍

This is it for me. I should probably get on some fish oil and a multivitamin but I find it tedious taking all these pills, caps, and liquids every morning. I got enough of that with my gear regimen lol.
