Today is a carb day.
So we have sausage and peppers and onions w/ch in a tomato sauce. No bread.
We also have a anti pasta salad. Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cabbage, pepperoncini peppers, kalamata olives, green olives, sliced provolone,salami,capicola, (Italian meats)

So tried going in vacation for a week!! What a disaster!!! Bad luck follows me around like a list puppy.
Any way on a good note. I had my first crab boil..

Last night we did some cooking at home.
Made 3 different types of stir fry. Cut rib eye
One was an Asian sauce, one was in a brown gravy, and I don't recall the last one. But it had a real stronger ginger taste to it. The first two I loved . The last was a little over powering.

Some homemade stuff shells. The sauce was absolutely amazing!!!
And some homemade Filipino bistek.. London broil .the steak was very tender and tons of flavor .. another amazing dish.

Last night had mash potatoes steak, beans, Also a meatloaf with potatoes and green beans
Today at work left over meatloaf with green beans and potatoes banana and pistachios

I absolutely love meatloaf I can kill that anytime, any day.
Meatloaf can be dinner or even a sandwich. lol

Sorry everyone had some life issues I had to deal with. Everything is good and should be behind me now!!!
