I prefer the PSL Test400. Means I have to inject less for the same amount. Some people get swellings using high concentrations. Get hp;d of a bottle of the plain oil that it's mixed with an just add 25 or 30% of the oil to the syringe before you inject it. Result - NO swelling, lumps or pain.

Yes swellings is possible for high dosage of hormone per one ml : ( all dependent for body resistance - i have friends which use 2ml t400 per shot without symptoms : )
