Who here has hired a coach and what was your experience? Helpful? Life changing? Waste of money?

Have you had a bad experience with a bad coach, but also a good experience with a good coach?

Is it one size fits all? Or do you need to tailor your coach to your specific needs?

What is your general opinion/experience with hiring coaches? Should everyone do it?
