Just went to PSL site to find some kind of Korean banner and Korean letters. Is PSL shutdown entirely? Is there a new web domain?

Looks fixed now bro. It was us ip address that were effected i hear. Think the guys fixed it.

If you cannot access the site that is because your IP is not being allowed because of where you are geographically located.
you need to use tunnel/vpn.
