Why is diet more important than AAS?

Lots of beginners who get down to doping. They do not care for a very good diet.
Low amount of protein, no control over your calories, Every day a different macro,
This causes poor results and disappointment.
Then they quickly want to take stronger doses or additional measures. Totally pointless because you're wasting your potential.
If you belong to this group, think about what you can improve, first of all, start counting what you eat. If you don't, doping will never allow you to jump to a higher LVL.
Have a good day,

It's real simple.
Wanna grow?
AAS/No diet changes
Take an AAS. Keep the diet as is. You'll, maybe, bloat. Do a PCT. Result - stay as you was before
Take an AAS. Change the diet (little bit more calories and deffo a little more protein). PCT. Result - BIGGER
Want more proof? Why don't medical users of PEDs (at PED levels) grow? Cos they're ill and cos the diet is sh*t

Well, thanks
The worst thing I see is people in the gym, they look the same every year... They think just going to the gym will help them.
If no diet, caloric deficit, caloric surplus, adequate amount of salt, fats, protein...
It's better to stay at home and watch TV.. It comes out the same..
Diet is the most important element of going to the gym, right after the constant progression of weights.
And if someone eats poorly, it is obvious that he will not progress with the weight either..
