To do cardio or not?

A lot of people say they don't do cardio because they don't feel like it.

And if, in addition, they are on the mass. forget it.

Cardio, as the name says, supports our heart.

It improves metabolism, causes the lack of flooding with fat.

It is an additional activity thanks to which we can eat more..

That is why it is worth starting with small steps and implement them in your life.

Start with 3 x 10 minutes. A walk doesn't have to be a treadmill or strenuous running. Take it easy and just do it. Win with your laziness and excuses.
