Training 5 reps or 12+?

As simple as the alphabet.
If you care about strength, you're a strongman, less reps, more weight on the stick.
If you care about great quality muscles, increasing their volume, definitely more repetitions.
Note that bodybuilders, Cbum, don't do 5 reps x 5 sets and go home.
Do a minimum of 8 repetitions until muscle failure. It doesn't come out of nowhere, more blood flow, more gains.
Notice how bodybuilders and srongmen look like.
You must remember that there is no rule either, because if you make progress from training to training, you will continue to grow.
However, if you care about increasing the volume, just through the pump, then I don't see anything better than a strong training for repetitions..
I tested on myself and never again 5x5.
If you want to look like the guys from Instagram, nothing works better than more reps and training to muscle failure.
