TRAINING TO FALL

In order for our muscles to grow continuously, we must remember to constantly give them a stimulus.

For example, if you don't increase weight for a month and you're bulking. - You're standing still, your muscles won't grow.
This also applies to too little load.

That's why those who make impossible results in the gym constantly increase the training from training to training and write it down in a notebook
your weight, reps.

Train hard to muscle failure and your muscles will grow even without anabolic agents.

Remember to diet, train to failure, or RPE 9 with one movement reserve for EACH exercise.

1000% Why am I bigger and stronger than, say, an 18 year old version of me? Cos I did EXACTLY what you said. I added weights etc for 40+ years
