A little known advice among amateurs is the lack of proper hydration and salt.
The daily supply should be at least 4l (more for the more massive)
The minimum amount of salt is 3g.
1 g before training, 1 g during, 1 g after.
If you have high blood pressure, be careful!
It's all about getting the "sodium-potassium pump."
Effects better pump, better blood flow, enhanced stamina, strength, energy. Which will translate into improved training, and better gains.
