Bench press(warm up)- 135×8 185×6 225×5
Bench press- 275×4 225×10 185+band×15
Incline bench- 3×12/12/15×135+50lb band
Incline cable fly- 3×12
Ez bar pullover- 3×12
Cable curls-3×12/15/15
"Hi pulley" band curls- 4×15
Dropping the weight on bench presses made for a crazy chest pump!!! Played with it today but thats gonna be a staple from now on and throw the weight to it next week now that i have a feel for it!!
Bench press(warm up)- 135×8 185×6 225×5
Bench press- 275×4 225×10 185+band×15
Incline bench- 3×12/12/15×135+50lb band
Incline cable fly- 3×12
Ez bar pullover- 3×12
Cable curls-3×12/15/15
"Hi pulley" band curls- 4×15
Dropping the weight on bench presses made for a crazy chest pump!!! Played with it today but thats gonna be a staple from now on and throw the weight to it next week now that i have a feel for it!!

I have to have a partner for flat bench due to my set. up which is why i did incline instead of close grip.

I decided shit I log every other way and detail on paper so may as well vlog it too. I put daily pix on my log everywhere else but says file too large on here.
