There is no such thing.
The most important thing is to keep the proportion.
It is important to provide clean Carbohydrates before and after training, without excess fat.
Prefers 40g before training, 0g-5g fats, and depending on your weight 80-130g Carbohydrates. Including 15g of simple sugars from fruit, e.g. strawberries.
Post-workout 60g Protein and the same principle, with more carbohydrates and simple sugars.
In each meal, it is best to keep the protein proportions of 40g-50g, this improves protein synergies.
So if you have 250g of Protein in your diet, you should eat 5-6 meals, each containing protein.

That's why bodybuilding is beautiful, because there is no perfect way, there are many schools. If you train at 18:00, you will eat up to 3 meals before training.
so it also depends on what your day looks like
