Muscle Memory and doing a cycle

If, for whatever reason (divorce stress as an example), you lose your hard earned muscle there is an obvious temptation to get back on the juice asap to gain back the losses. IMO it's kinda not needed. Muscle Memory is a thing. You'll gain any lost muscle very quickly. 90% of it. More so if the diet and gym work is back on point.
This will take weeks. 4-6 tops.
THEN add in a cycle
