how many steps do you take a day?

I average 12,000 steps a day.

I recently downloaded a pedometer app to see how many steps I take during the day.

I know it won't be very accurate, but it's just to get an idea.

I have a sedentary job, in front of the pc, and as soon as I have the opportunity, I take advantage of it to go out for a walk with the dogs.

I've never loved being on a treadmill. I prefer to go out and be outdoors.

tell me yours.
Have you ever used an app or a smartwatch?

Bro, in the last reduction, I did a minimum of 30,000 steps every day, being on a sunny beach every day.. At the end of the day, the man was tired, but I managed. Anabolics from the EP definitely helped hahaha :D

Yes, that's true, I was doing 75 minutes of cardio in the morning, eating, training 2-3 hours, then light cardio again and then a whole day in the city or on the beach.

The silhouette effects, however, were excellent. The silhouette was ready for the competition.

I used then Winstrol, Oxandrolone from EP and other goodies, but as far as Euro Pharmacies is concerned, after all this time I consider it the best lab possible.

I do not usually count my steps but they vary daily depending on my work load. I do an hour a day on the treadmill not sure how many steps. At work if I am in the field all day I could do as many as 50000 steps but if I’m in the lab it might only be around 5000. Big variance but that’s why I always hit the treadmill in the morning.
