That's a great approach! Having a sedentary job can indeed make you feel tired by the end of the day. It's excellent that you're making an effort to move around. Setting a goal of at least 10,000 steps is a smart move, and having reminders on your watch and phone can be helpful. Consistency is key, and even if you don't always reach the goal, the effort counts. Keep striving for it, and yes, using apps for tracking can be very beneficial in staying on track. :ympeace:
