Because of you I’m really interested in starting with sustanon with sten up front in high doses then switching to dhb as I have read every where dhb is stronger at building muscle than sten . So I believe the dhb will be a good switch up after sten that I can also continue into the contest prep closer to the show . Can’t wait to start the contest phase when it’s time to shred it up ! I’ve been following ur logs and see how u shred yourself and learned a lot that I will employ myself .

From yesterday workout first day

Going on almost 4 weeks on the sten ! No
Matter how much I eat and believe me I am chumpin down like pac man I am staying lean af while gaining lbs gradually ! Sten is truly amazing !
