When I should consider using AI?

I have another question about trt. I'm using 150mg T Enan per week (3x 50mg). What about AI? Is it any trt doaseg that we can avoid any proviron or anastrazole?

Every person is different, You have to check do you have a tendency to aromatize. Blood test and estradiol monitor will give You answer.
I think around 100-170mg per week, specially with small amount and frequent injections should be ok without AI. You should be consider them if You will see high estradiol symptoms:
- Weight gain.
- Erectile dysfunction.
- Low libido.
- Infertility.
- Enlargement of breast tissue (Gino)
- Depression.
- Loss of energy.
- Decrease in muscle mass.
