So Uncle Z has given me a few bags of Dbol to try out. It’s been a while since I’ve actually used d-bol, a few years to be exact. I’ll be using at 30 mg each day at first to see how I respond. If I’m responding well I’ll keep it there. If not, I’ll throw in the extra 20 mg.
My strength has been plateaued for a while now and I just wanna see if I can add some strength to lifts to help stimulate some new muscle growth. I’m actually just getting over the flu so what a better time to start then now. I will also be running. EP test 400, and mast E 400mg ew.

Yesterday was squats, and I did notice a little something in the gym. My legs have been extremely neglected lately and I have a lot of make up to do.
BB Squat 135x12 225x12x3 185x15
Leg press 4 plates 15 reps 6 plates 15 reps
8 plates 12 reps 10 plates 12 reps
Leg extension 120x12 130x12x2
Ham curls 4 sets 12, 130 pounds
Calve raises 5 sets of 12 (slow and pause)
So far so good

Yesterday I had a phenomenal back & Bicep workout. I can already feel the D-bol starting to work its magic. I Have a slight strength increase above normal and my pumps are becoming noticeably better already.
Wide grip Pull ups 7 sets until I hit 50 reps
Barbell row 135x12 155x10 185x 8 135x10
DB row 55x12 70x12 80x10 65x12
Lat pull down 4 sets of 170 @ 12 reps
Db curls. 40x12x4
Preacher curl 4 sets
BB curl 95x12x3

Shoulders and biceps yesterday sorry I got a little busy last night with my kids sick and all.
Today was legs
Squat 135x15 225x15x3 275x12 225x12x2
Leg press 6 plates 15 reps slow and easy
8 plates 12 reps slow and easy
10 plates 12 reps nice and slow
Leg extensions 3 sets 130x12
Hack squat machine 4 plates @ 12 reps
Hip abductor 3 sets 150x12
Calves 4 sets seated 90x15x4
The D-bol is definitely working its magic and starting to kick in very nicely. Pumps and strength are taken off. Still at 30mg ed
