Oral steroids on workout days only

I read It provides sympathetic nervous drive for more productive workouts and boosts MTOR around your workouts, enhancing recovery and repair. It's not going to be as effective as taking it every day, sure, but it's actually a fairly popular approach - a lot of the "science guys" on YT (Leo & Longevity, Derek from MPMD etc.) are huge on it as an approach to improve results while reducing harmful side effects.
Though, dianabol probably isn't the best choice. Something stronger like Anadrol would be better. What’s your thoughts?
