In Off season ttry to not use , and only if you have pain in nipples. If you fell pain use exemestano 12,5mg EOD.

For pre contest beggin with exemestano 25mg day and 2 weeks out use letrozole 2,5mg day with 40mg nolvadex day . Ypu will get dry as fuc.....
