The best for fat loss is diet , because cardio is extremely catabolic and yes great to burn fat but same time to burn muscle. So the best way is to train intense, 30 seconds rest each set, and always as heavier as possible because training is to build muscle or at least keep it on diet and never go over 45min workout to keep cortisol low .

So the best way to burn fat and keep muscle is :
Train heavy , intense with 30 seconds rest and less than 1h to keep cortisol low
Diet , reduce carbs when is necessary
Take low dose HGH 3ius day fasted ( if you can affort ) or CJC1295 DAC

Cardio is amazing for your hearth but not so friendly to your muscle mass.
