Tell me your 3 spots by order of preference and why?
MONSTRO chose:
1 Delts ( less pain possible spot and also you can focus on rear delt that is hard to grow making you look more 3D)
2 Glutes ( just because if something wrong happens nobody see) , and also is a huge muscle you can pin many places on each glute)
3 Vastus Lateralis / quads ( painfull but easy to inject youself and also easy to absorb
