I'm just using soda as an example. I try not to drink any soda. Maybe 3-4 in a month. Although I would drink a regular coca cola before a diet. For someone who has a problem controlling their sugar cravings. This will help them break that addiction.
It will alter how their body taste sugary products.

Why diet coke is so popular on bodybuilding? is because of sodium to help pump? is for sugar cravings? Or for better digestion?
