Thanks for having me. I’m a 21 year veteran and just survived a recent suicide attempt by the Grace of God I’m doing well! 22 veterans a day commit suicide is real And I never thought I would be one. God only knows the other things I’ve been through and survived.

In 2016, I had bilateral quad and patella ruptures
