We all need to hear, share and express words of encouragement and motivation to better assist ourselves or others. Post your affirmations and words of encouragement HERE for your fellow brothers and sister..

Help a swole-mate that might be out there on the grind struggling, today might be a bad day for them, pick that warrior up, because he or she would most likely do it for YOU!

I see nothing but leaders and potential out there on everyone, in the circle and way of life we want to see each other win, we need to continually clap and cheer loudly for each other, especially when someone is having a rough one..

Sending good vibes your way!

Whenever I'm in a rut or feeling discouraged about my progress I find comfort in the fact that I AM IN FULL CONTROL. It sounds sort of anti-motivational like saying "it's all your fault"...but if you think about it what it's really saying is there's nothing else standing in your way. There's no force preventing you from achieving your goals. If you want to gain 20 lbs this year....DO IT! If you want to build up those lagging quads you've been neglecting all these years....DO IT! If you want to cut down to 5% bf and take 1st place in your first competition...DO IT! Don't feel helpless as if the situation is out of your hands.

That is one of the best formulas to use and it's the truth because it speaks volumes.
the reality is life will be hard and things will come our way that are unexpected and unpredictable, but each and every single athlete and champion that we see went through there trials and tribulations and refused to give up.
I personally read stories of athletes that are not Hall of famers, however they made it to the big leagues weather the NFL or even other high-level sports, where these individuals were sleeping in cars, working multiple jobs but yet showing up everyday..
Of course some people got a lucky break but the reality is if they gave up they would have never came across that lucky break..

I personally know 2 top tier combative athletes, I won't say their names or what they do, but I will say this much I remember when one of them was just a heavy zitted face kid, that people made fun of but he showed up every day, and the other one trained at the same place with him and slept in a trailer behind the facility.. both of them are world champions holding multiple titles. There was no secret formula, there was no secret tricks, they simply did not give the fuck up even when life was striking them down. Both of them have had major life changing events happen even while they were climbing the ranks, and it was impressive that the blasted past those issues as well..
It's a mindset.. you have to program yourself..

"Always wake up and do better than day before", we are here to improve or not? are you a winner or a loser?

self improvement, begins today, do NOT set a date, do not make it for Monday only, do not put a date on a day to change, because life doesn't care and it will go on with or without you. get in there now, and be the change today, so you will be thankful that you did when it comes tomorrow

On earth you only have one chance , so try to do your best every single minute because your time is limited and the yesterday is gone, so is less one day in your life.

Every minute counts, so always do your best. Is the only way to be sucessefull and reach your goals.

Exactly. You just have to realize it's up to YOU if you get there or not.

Just the other day my fiance was complaining that she gained 25 lbs since she met me. Personally I think it looks great on her....she was 100 lbs when we first started dating. Now she's got a plump ass, tits are bigger, and she's got some shape to her. Anyways we are getting married next summer and she wants to lose 10 lbs of fat and gain some muscle. (mind you, I told her she doesn't have to change a thing, but if it's what she wants to do I will support her.) Essentially she wants to stay about the same weight but add some lean mass and tighten up. She's concerned she won't be able to do it because she's already been struggling to shed a few lbs. I said to her, "You're acting as if you have no control over the outcome. As if some outside force is going to prevent you from reaching your goal. " I said "You want to lose 10 lbs right?....so do it. Stop asking me to hand you the Cheezits and chips at night...eat eggs and lean proteins for breakfast instead of carbs like bagels and pancakes, work up a sweat every single workout, and stick to the plan. You have total control so knowing that, there should be nothing to be afraid of unless you are afraid of yourself."

Mind you it didn't come out as smoothly at the time but if I had time to plan my words better I would have said it just like that lol.

We all need motivation in life and mostly in this hard sport , because is a sport of image . You need to be confident to help others and gives them the motivation they need . Never loose your focus. Always wake up like a warrior and do better than day before ( like if you lift 400lb , today i will do 405lb same reps )
