well, I'll start.

The most important meal is: the one you skipped.

for work, for family, for personal commitments, because you were not hungry, because you were... for whatever fucking reason you skipped a meal ... well, this was the most important meal.

if i skip a meal i lose weight, so all meals are important. In bodybuilding any small mistake lead to huge loses , so never skip any meal, workout or nap and of course any ml of anabolics
Most people will tell post workout because of the anabolic window when your body is prime to receive all nutrients to recovery and grow. Yes for me is the most important meal to mostly if you dont go over 45min training, if your workout is longer intra workout is a must to preserve muscle mass in such extreme catabolic moment.

But like i said before , you need results? do all 100%

You bring up a very good point but something that is often underrated and not talked about, and that is naps..

Just the word naps falls into a category of words that would be luxurious, because in reality we all have busy schedules and things are very hectic.. but we do not need to take a full-blown nap in which we are fully asleep, even if we just lay down for 15 or 20 minutes and close our eyes and just relax doing this multiple times a day is extremely beneficial but if we have the opportunity to fall asleep and take a nap from anywhere with 20 minutes or 45 minutes that improves and compliments everything we are trying to do furthermore it helps reduces the stress on top of everything that we have and we sometimes wake up refreshed..

Yesterday's a prime example, I really have not had a crazy hectic past couple days but mentally it has been pretty challenging yesterday I just felt exhausted like I had nothing left in me, I laid down and took a nap and ended up sleeping for 2 hours.. that was my mind and my body both telling me it's time to take a break because we can't go running on all cylinders Non-Stop...

Without getting off topic will go back to meals..

In my opinion the most important meal, is the very first meal when we break our fast. This should include all of our essential BCAAs, and a very adequate amount of carbohydrates with a variety of them regardless of where they fall on the glycemic scale, get a mixture.. and of course protein a very large and considerable amount.
These meals that we take once breaking our fast whether it's breakfast or few hours after we wake up should be extremely dense in calories..

Naturally we could say all meals are essential but let's break this down and get really specific.. what meal is the most important?

In my opinion it's the one above..

Yes and maybe were a fail most , doing only the basic 400gr cooked rice and 500ml egg whites , 2 whole eggs.

In your opinion what should be a great exemple of perfect first meal after fasted state that include complex carbs , fast digestion carbs, and maybe 2 sources protein ?

For me it is the after workout carb(oats) and protein mix. Being an early morning trainer I need that refuel to make it through the work day or I just drag ass.

Depends on your goals. The whole "Breakfast is the most important meal if the day" nonsense is a myth created by Kellogg to sell their cereal. There is no real reason for the average person to eat breakfast as your body releases glucose upon waking to get some blood sugar circulating. In fact, eating breakfast can lead to spikes in blood sugar as there is already circulating glucose in your blood upon waking. For bodybuilders trying to gain...yes definitely eat breakfast....for those cutting or prepping...you can skip it IMO.
