Lack of consistency is my big problem. Because I feel motivated in the beginning, and after some days of workout I loose all my motivation.

Look yourself in the mirror. Take a pic anf another 1 a month later. The progress will light a fire under ur ass. If not, maybe its not for you but certainly hope it is. How's ur training.like? How are you training rather?

I would say that I have almost all of them, but if I have to choose one, I choose the number 5: not eating enough

Yes i train harder , rest but its hard to eat all the food you need to get huge (mostly me with lactose and gluten intolerance) only clean food is hard to get all the calories.
