Anybody else donate blood regularly? My hemoglobin runs high so I try and dump some. I also donate for people in need . Gonna run my test e at a higher dose soon. So wanted to thin my thick blood up a bit.

Nice man. I think donating is almost always a good idea 2 to 3 times a years if your cycling. I also take baby aspirin on the regular just to be safe.
