Cannot email PSourcelabs HELP

Iv used puritysourcelabs.ru multiple times and everything went fine but I cannot reply or send them an email to finish everything with info. Does anyone know if orders@ doesnt work or something?
I would really appreciate any help

Thank you for the quick response. I sent a another transaction to PSL wallet with all necessary info in a note which hopefully is sufficient.
