Oldman has arrived

The Oldman is new...here anyway. I'm glad to find a forum that isn't a bunch of haters and attack dogs, it's why I've never joined one.
Been around bodybuilding for quite awhile, owned a gym in 1979 back east USA, built and ran a World Gym out west USA in 1990. Now I'm old, alone, broke and in pain....but I still train and occasionally do a mild cycle. Peace.
