Pessoal segue a dieta que estou a fazer nesta fase dêem a vossa opinião obg a TDS

1-200ml claras 2ovos completos e 1gr vitaminac
2- 150grmas carne vermelha 200gr arroz branco
3- 150 gr de peru/frango 250gr arroz branco
4- 50gr de proteína 50gr aveia 20gr de manteiga amendoim
5- 300 gr de peixe branco salada avontade 1gr de vitamina c
6- antes de dormir 200ml de claras de ovo

Bcaas antes e depois do treino
Multivitaminas 1 peq almoço e jantar
3cmp alcachofra e 3cardo Mariano

it's a great cycle!
I can suggest you take winny as an anti-progesterone given by tren and have AI on hand for estro control

I can suggest you take winny as an anti-progesterone given by tren and have AI on hand for estro control
