One of my biggest tips for growing a bigger bench is to keep performance benchmarks that are based on clean and consistent repitions. That means NO BOUNCING!
If you want to get bigger, you have to get stronger for reps.
Where people go wrong, is they chase reps at the expense of quality. As a result the reps often moving as a result of as much momentum as muscle intention.
Stay strong, stay humble.

To grow basics is a must , but some people on bench press use alot shoulders and dont fell the chest. For this athletes never beggin with presses ( bench press or dumbell press ). First exercise should be dumbell flyes or peck deck to push the blood to chest and pre fatigue the muscle, them go for bench press.
The most important i done to improve is increase the weights every week , and using 5x5 workout help me alot .
Never skip incline because is were we all need more
