Mostly the beginners but some advanced athletes to, have this problem. "I CAN´T GROW , and im doing 750mg test and 50mg dbol , i eat i train every day but no gains" , and they think the gear is fake even when using same source as me and im growing.
The main problem is : YOU NEED TO EAT MORE MUCH MORE. You need CALORIES to keep Growing more .SIMPLE.

You don't need half the calories you think you do (beginners even advanced), what you do need is to train hard.

well, both are needed, but I'm more for the first.
eating is the hardest part of the game.
at least for me.
I do my best on an empty stomach, when hunger makes me leave the den to go hunting!

Food intake is absolutely huge and ofcoarse training as well. Can take all the gear in the world if your not breaking the muscles down and then fueling them it means nothing!!

I disagree. You can train "moderately" and eat like a beast and you'll grow....but if you reverse that and train hard and heavily but only eat "moderately", you won't see optimal growth.
I'd even say you need MORE calories than you think you do.

Well , i think it depends from what your objective is, the more you overeat the more you gain, that is simple.
The point is, where do you draw the line between muscle gain and fat gain?
Hard to know, if you don't use insulin or GH you gonna get fat fast if you overeat.

The moment people put all the energy into the kitchen, that is when things happen.. Do not worry about gear or training, make the kitchen number 1 and you'll be pissed that you haven't done this sooner.. It all starts in the kitchen..

Yea I totally see what you're saying. I made that mistake in college when I first started lifting. I was eating 5-8k cals per day. I was 6 ft 160 lbs and I got real pudgy lol.
I'm not a huge fan of clean bulking though...I think you will get faster results by hard bulking and hard cutting, but everyone's different and I don't think this theory applies to everyone.

I think we can stay here all day and life telling people that food and calories is the real secret and they never believe because all of them think is the dosage of the drugs.
They will ask why naturals dont grow as quick eating alot? of course anabolics and insulin make huge part transport all the food to muscle .
When i use high dosages drugs and dont eat enough i lose weight ( so calories is the miricle drug ). Im eating 7000 calories 450 protein 1000 carbs and 70 fat and i dont gain weight
