Im always more prone to gain fat around waist , and i know most people have the same problem.

High estrogen put fat on ? ( belly, love handles, legs, chest)?

this is and always will be the target area of men as a depo.. Men, especially middle aged men will always, ALWAYS have more adipose tissue build up in this area. the lower back and flanks is the target zone for men... with women it will be the backside and thighs (sides of quads)

if you see them, change direction :lol:

these two hormones at high levels do nothing but harm.
it is true that they are useful, and even when they are too low it is not good, but you have to keep them in a range.
in the low range as far as I'm concerned.
