gyno cures and remedies

Ok brothers, let's hear what everyone's protocol is for their gynecomastia.
There will always be a selected few that are unfortunate and suffer with extreme sensitivities with a higher aromatase enzyme compared to the norm or other estrogen sensitivities.
whether it is because of body fat ratio or simply just genetics.

People have even received multiple surgeries correcting something that seems to constantly re-emerge. At times when they even scrape the glandular duct issue removing everything.

In my early twenties I had a pretty serious issue with gyno that ultimately transitioned into getting cut open.. now I've gone almost 16 years since my last operation for this, yet as I got older I noticed it was reoccurring and at times resurfacing with vengeance regardless of the protocol or long duration of absolutely no indications with sensitivities.

for myself I always have tamoxifen on hand, this is the go to resort when there is any inflammation or the slightest indication that there's tenderness.
for myself I have to use a much higher dosage of AI's compared to the average when I have sensitivities, with the addition of Masteron.

Recently I have had two major flare-ups, first on the right hand side, which grew to epic proportions what seemed like overnight, literally days and it was large and inflamed. it was extremely excruciating.

After using a very aggressive targeting protocol the large inflammation subsided to almost nothing, only to resurface on the left hand side equally as bad.

All the while my testosterone dose is 500mg E6d, 400mg Masteron E, arimidex .5 e3d.

I increased the arimidex to 1mg EOD , with a very aggressive targeting protocol using cabergoline and tamoxifen.. caber 1mg load, and .5 E4D, 80mg of tamoxifen, for 7 days only.
I discontinued the cabergoline, I'm still on course with tamoxifen and arimidex, both of these abnormal large masses have subsided substantially, with very little indication that anything transpired prior.

What protocols do some of you guys use? Is there anyone else out there that is extremely sensitive or at least experiencing sensitivities the older you get?

In the past i use alot AI and thats why my good condition but dont very hard to grow on such amount ( like 2,5mg letro ED and 40mg Tamox ED)

Monstro Protocol:
2,5mg Letro ED
40mg Tamoxifen ED
0,5mg Dostinex week

I take this until gyno is gone ( 2 to 4 weeks )


Right now i have tenderness nipples that seems to be gyno , i know recently i use higher dosages cycles without any AI , just proviron and Masteron to help me grow as much as possible , but i think is not a great idea.

Im using DHEA and Omeprozol, did they cause gyno to?
