Blast and Cruise or PCT?

I know this is an individuals own decision to make but as I get ready to start my first cycle I worry about how I'm going to "feel" once I'm off. As it is I've debated back n forth whether I should start TRT or not. My last bloodwork showed 749ng/dl Total and 18.4 free yet I still feel like crap all the time. In fact last year I tested at 230ng/dl Total and 4.6 Free. Till this day I still feel Low energy, extreme fatigue, mediocre sex drive, anxiety, brain fog, slow recovery etc... I'm sure I'll feel great during cycle but once I'm off I'm sure these symptoms will only get worse.
If you were experiencing what I am would you just drop down to a TRT dosage instead of PCT all together? I'm new to this topic and still learning so I just want to be sure I'm making the right decision as this is a big life changing decision I'm fully aware. Just need a little guidance in the right direction here. There's obviously more health risks involved going this route as well I would assume?

Get checked for depression bro. You should not feel that way with test levels that high. Something else is causing you to feel this way. Tell your doctor you'd like to be examined for depression. He/she will probably refer you to a specialist for evaluation. Fix this issue before using AAS and messing around with your hormones.

Exactly what my man above said. It may be more than just test levels. But how did you test that high one time and that low another? I’d pull a full panel of blood work, get a solid look at everything, then go see a dr and explain to him how your feeling and show him your bloodwork. If I comes back low again it might be a good idea to just hit the trt.

These guys are giving good advice, here's a different perspective. Food plays a big role in our lives both in how we look and how we feel. If you're eating processed foods that are boxed or frozen, this could be part of your problem or possibly all of your problem.
I don't know how knowledgeable you are with putting together a proper food plan, I'll give you a rough guideline that will help you if you're not knowledgeable.
Shop along the outsides isles of your supermarket, you will find most of your natural and organics in these isles. red Meats, fish, produce, fruits and veggies.
If youre not already doing this, you can try this out, add 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup of raw almonds and to 1 meal a day, add 1 cup fresh fruit to 3 meals a day, personally I would cut the carbs out for a while and replace (macros) them with nuts, avocados, and fresh fruit all together. btw, you will not lose any muscle by doing this, however, you will drop some body fat in the process. If you're eating a lot of red meats, try eating salmon in place of that, salmon is packed with healthy fats and plenty of protein you need for daily cognitive function and energy
