dosages depend on the period and the entire cycle.
anavar goes from 50 up to a maximum of 100 then becomes unmanageable.
test and masteron hover above 500 mg to 1gr per week.
Masteron helps a lot with estrogen by being anti-estrogen

I hesitate to try the enanthate version, i tried in the past the propionate 50mg twice week worked very well.
After some research i see 200mg Masteron Enanthate work great every week for some people, another need more.
I know how i react with propionate but don't know if 200mg enanthate give the same results / effects.
Thinking about enanthate because one injection are better vs twice week of propionate.

test prop 2 times a week is not the best thing you can do. you have a lot of yo-yo in the hormone level.
test E twice a week would be better than once, but if you really don't want to have two injections, even one is better than propionate.
are you on trt? why do you use prop?

Sorry i talk about Masteron not testosterone.
I tried in the past 50mg Masteron Propionate twice week with 200mg test Enanthate / week and i loved the effect / feeling.
I hesitate to try the Masteron Enanthate 200mg / week.

I can't understand where the hesitation is.
go from 100 to 200 mg/week? ok it's double, but don't be afraid at these dosages
Plus, as mentioned, prop twice a week isn't the best option
