What's everyone's shoulder/trap routine?
For those boulder shoulders in the herd, let's hear what your shoulder and trap routine is like..
Just wanna see what everyone is doing for those delts!
warm-up (blood volume)
External cable shoulder rotations 2 x 20
Bend over reverse cable flies 2 x 20
Cable one arm lateral raise (holding on to rack and leaning out, full range of motion) 2 x 20
DB over head press (seat slightly tilted back) 3 x 12-14
Hack bar shrugs 3 x 10-12
Lower cable rope upright rows 3 x 12
Face pulls 3 x 12
Seated side lateral raise machine 3 x 12
