hNever train more than 3 days row, and never more than 5 days week
Never go over 60min
12 sets big muscles and 9 sets small
only one set to failure per exercise
reps from 5 to 10
and you will grow much more

Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy training.. Get that fluid in there..
People can have a few heavy days, give those body parts a rest and a few days later give them a PUMP with high reps (Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy).. Grow from all areas of the muscle belly, fibers and fluid!

Vision do you think is best to changr from heavy to volume every for weeks ? that way is more safe for joints and overtraining in general? because always heavy will put body under so much stress and risk of injury.

Upper loading, lower pump
Rest
Lower loading, upper pump
Rest
Upper Muscle Rounds
Lower Muscle Rounds
Rest
And when you train till failure like this calls for it’s absolutely brutal!
