So I have some coming but have a few questions. Best time to dose pre workout, post, morning? What about I.m vs sub q? From what I understand you dose it eod? Common side effects? All comments appreciated.

I have used IGF in 2015 and 2016 and i use 33 to 100mcg pre workout right before intramuscular , the pumps insane and i grow alot from it . I will use again in this offseason
