Im Jake and Im new to these parts and Im actually just getting into gear and taking my fitness serious, just spent 6 of the last 7 years locked up so Im already pretty big plus I got A1 genetics besides that Ive been eating like shit for too long and having been taking my training serious. Looking forward to learning from yall and maybe making some new friends along the way to share my progress with.
