This is my typical meal
140 grams of rice (weighed raw) - 504 kcal - 110 gr carbs
220 gr of meat - 244 kcal - 50 gr protein
2 gr of salt
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil - 120 kcal - 14 gr fat
1 clove of garlic
tot 850 kcal

This may be true in the gym, but absolutely not true when it comes to steroids and injections.
Pips make you train less and badly, up to not allowing you to move in the most serious cases.
This is limiting muscle growth,.
Euro-pharmacies products, including DHB, are pain-free.
