Its normal :) but try to add 100mg Boldenone per week ,maybe helping you with progesterone , BTW how is libido ? do you checking SHGB and Prolactine ?
you say boldenone could keep progesterone at bay?
I knew that winstrol has this property

Yes it is , but small dosage EQ will better and not so much agresive like winny - try with 125 mg per week - and resend bloods after 3-4 weeks

BTW remember about good qulity fat in diete , eggs,, avocado,penouts - because EQ destrois cholesterol - HDL
