1.LH and FSH during cycle you don't need to test, waste of money.
When using testosterone or any other means that blocks your natural testosterone production, this result will always be 0.
Another thing when unlocking. Then we rely on this result as much as possible.
2.Take it easy and double your Vitamin d3+k2 supplementation.
You have the bottom bracket, even though summer is coming, it's still not enough for humanity these days.
You will notice the benefits of higher doses of D3 right away. Better well-being, regeneration, health, sleep. I really recommend it, you don't have to be afraid.
We have such times that, unfortunately, we don't have much of this sun, or we rarely use it, so vitamin d3 in supplementation will be a salvation.
You can safely increase the dose of this vitamin.
3.
Estradiol is okay, but honestly I'd aim higher up the limits, reduce the aromatase inhibitors.
If let's say you take exemastan 0.5 tab daily start taking it every 3 days.
You will feel better, your libido will improve.
Even during medical TRTs from the doctor, the estradiol results are in the upper range, yours are in the middle of normal.
Too low estradiol also causes more side effects than benefits.
What doses of Testosterone are you on remind me please>?

I'm not sure if i need but i take surely Somatomedin-C to see if the test have boosted a little bit this level (^_^) and i plan surely rHGH (because i used IGF-1 LR3) and compare before / after the cycle of GH.

i add around 2H of sleeping, no training today and tomorrow session only with physiotherapist, i stop the PROVIRON because my transaminases are always elevated, and i use my last vial of IGF-1 LR3 (i think) this week, i try to see if i have a opportunity to try the rHGH from PSL (EP Somatropin) with new cycle for summer very light Primo + TRT (i try to reduce my blood work because i don't have the level of TRT) + rHGH (because i used IGF-1 LR3 for the first cycle).
