Plan is as follows.

I will start next week or in June with the opening of the gyms

1/2 ml of sust + 1/2 ml of tri-tren
these are:
875 test EW
525 tren EW


Diet ED
Tot Kcal = 3700
Pro = 300 gr
Carbs = 540 gr
Fat = 50 gr


I will keep this until the end of June.
I weigh myself every morning and look in the mirror every day for monitoring. my current weight is around 160-165 lb.
at the end of June I will make the first check, and decide if and how to fix the plan.

How long does that last?

I don't think I'll ever go back as I was before.
this thing lasts many many months.
even after a year that you don't use it, you don't come back as you were before.
obviously you are not so black, but the effect lasts very long.
