Had a good session today. I accidentally misloaded the skullcrushers and thought I was doing 140 but ended up doing 150. I was wondering why I got out 8 reps last week and only 6 on sets today. My recovery is definitely alot slower without HGH. I can only imagine how fast I would recover if I was on it. Ok everyone have a good training week ahead and bust out some gains!!!

Feel pretty beatup in the upper body mostly. Had a good session today and got some more PR's even though my shoulder feels a little off today. Could really feel it doing dips so didn't push too hard on them. Hopefully the weekend off will heal me. Looking forward to adding in the orals in the next 10 days or so. Hoping it will give me an additional boost in the gym. I think it will!!! Ok everyone have a great weekend whatever you end up doing!!!

Had a nice short sweet session today. Been just over a month since we last deadlifted. Last time I deadlifted I went up to a single with 565 for my all time best. Today I got out 3 reps!!! Will most likely just be deadlifting once a month as I have proven you dont need to do them often to get stronger. I think in my older age less often is more as far as gains go. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead and bust out some PR's!!!

Fatigue is really starting to set in the lower I get into the 230's. Went higher reps on squat today. I cut it short on set #2 could have done 10 but didn't feel like passing out. Still not a bad day. Will try for 2 sets of 7 next week and then 2 sets of 5 the following week. Adding 20lbs per side next week and then 10 lbs per side the following week is the plan. Will be starting Tbol and Anavar at 30mg each on Monday. This should help the strength in the gym. Ok everyone have a nice relaxing weekend!!!

Oh well I guess I can forget about improving squats while increasing deadlift and bench at the same time. I guess as long as I go sideways on squat strength all is not lost. I can feel the metabolism needs more food now in order to retain muscle mass. The more I eat the more fat I will lose at this point I believe. Need to keep food around 2000 cals or I will just crash my metabolism. With my increase on lifts the body needs more food. Ok everyone have a kick ass week and get strong and shredded!!!
