Overtraing is a desiase that can easy occurs in those days with alot of stress . Look like being sick and will need recovery like some other disease :
Should i stop training or only train low intensity never going to failure or over 45min ?
Should i keep eating same calories for bulking even training in such low intensity?
What supplements should i use to help?
Should i keep all my cycle? if you need to recover faster maybe go off will be a very bad option?
Drugs like trenbolone should be excluded because it attacts certral nervous system and causes insomnia and anxiety? any other should be excluded ?
